真是超好吃的ㄝ~ 義大利同學Luca一起暑假實習時做了兩次,公司同事讚不絕口,每到義大利餐廳必點Tiramisu的我卻再也不願意花大錢吃沒Luca牌好吃的蛋糕了。前幾天終於跟他討教了做法,把說明和照片借花獻佛貼在這供大家及以後的自己參考:

材料:
500 g of mascarpone
4 or 5 eggs
250 g of savoiardi (boudoirs in French)
Sugar 4 spoonful
Coffee (strong) 1 mug
Chocolate powder (without sugar)

做法:
1. 把蛋白蛋黃分開
2. 蛋黃加糖攪至homogeneous cream狀態
3. 加mascarpone至2.,攪拌均勻
4. 蛋白放入另一碗中,加一小搓鹽,用電動攪拌器攪至凝固狀(用手也是可以,但會比較累)
5. 把凝狀蛋白加入至放蛋黃的那個碗中
6.不能悶頭亂攪,為保留打進蛋白的空氣,要像扒飯那樣挖一口底下的,蓋到上面...重複到蛋白蛋黃均勻混合

7. Put a little bit of cream on the bottom of a container
8. Make a layer of biscuits soaked in the coffee. Biscuits should not be too wet: don't put the biscuits directly in the coffee, but using a teaspoon to pour coffee on both sides of the biscuit (when you hold the biscuit at one end).
9. Put a layer of cream on the layer of biscuits and go for a second layer of biscuits and then of cream.
10. Using a sieve, distribute the chocolate powder on the top.
11. Put the container in the fridge for half a day.
13. Before eating, leave the tiramisu half an hour out of the fridge (if you can resist...)


餐廳裡的Tiramisu動輒五六歐,拿去買材料自己做,又快又大碗喔~真的是超級好吃!
