暑期歐佩Manon做了幾次波菜山羊乳酪鹹派,這次蔬果汁排毒完還剩一堆波菜,就拿來做鹹派吧!
因為家裡有現成的派皮,直接參考這個食譜,如果沒有派皮也可以自己做,我的食譜是奶油:麵粉=1:2,一百克奶油跟兩百克麵粉降,可以加一兩匙水調和。那是酥脆的那種不是酥皮,都很好吃。
直接把食譜貼過來方面參考:
你需要:
- 1kg frozen chopped spinach
- 1 sheet ready-rolled shortcrust pastry
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil for greasing
- 150g goat cheese
- 2 eggs
- 200ml single cream
- 4-6 rashers thin sliced streaky bacon
- 75g grated Gruyere cheese (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
做法:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4.
2. Grease a quiche dish, then line with shortcrust pastry. Prick the pastry all over with a fork.
我鋪完長方行完還有ㄧ些多出的邊邊,就另做一個小的。
3. Arrange the bacon in the pastry case in the shape of a star. Set aside.
家裡沒培根,省略了這道。
4. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the spinach and heat for about 15 minutes or until the spinach has thawed and the water has evaporated. Drain and cool slightly.
5. Meanwhile, beat together the eggs in a large bowl. Stir in the cream, salt, pepper and spinach.
家裡還有剩下的優格,就一半用優格替代了比較不胖。
6. Pour egg mixture over the bacon and top with slices of goat cheese (form a circle and then place one in the centre). Sprinkle Gruyere cheese on top, if using.
7. Bake in preheated oven for about 45 minutes or until cooked and golden.
